Dog days of Summer

We are taking advantage of the lazy days of the end of summer.  It's time to reflect back on our summer journeys which were all too short.  We look forward to what we hope will be an Indian Summer lasting on into  the gradual fall season with welcomed color and the feel of  crisp mornings to awaken the senses of new days ahead.  But as I know all too well, every day is a great day to be a dog, no matter the season.  All things dog are good, unless you are a dog who is car sick, (but that is whole new post for another day!)  We call our home the dog house.  We've spent a fair amount of time in our little dog house this summer.  The little dog house is our trailer.  The truck and trailer don't travel without two dogs.  I know this should conjure up some images for you with two people and two dogs in a little dog house!
